just like one piece of cake didnt make you gain 20 pounds, one day of exercise wont make you thin. It took a while for those pounds to add up, and it will take just as long or longer to get rid of that cake. But, just like the cake, the little things add up. Keep doing the little things, they will add up. You will never lose fat cells, you can only shrink them. So instead of eating that cake, give me 20 squats because you want this and you’re in it for the long haul.
Oh, and because booty.
